Melissa cared as much about the purchase of our home as we did, or as least that's how her and her team made my wife and me feel. Melissa proactively managed our loan process ever step of the way. During a pandemic build when our builder's timeline was erratic, Melissa monitored the situation closely so that we could stay stress free, but also get the best rate possible.
